Discover the trail circuits of the Haute-Ardèche-Lignon-Mézenc trail station, a veritable playground for nature runners at an altitude of 1,000 meters. Put on your sneakers and set off to discover unspoilt landscapes at an altitude of 1,000 metres, with Mont Mézenc dominating the plateau and the Eyrieux and Lignon gorges, and 360-degree panoramas.

With three signposted circuits and a training loop starting from the village of Tence, this destination is ideal for runners of all levels, from beginners to the most experienced.

Our tours

  • La Roche Druidique: An accessible 13.51 km route, perfect for a forest outing, with a positive vertical drop of 328 m. Green level.
  • Les Gorges du Lignon: A 25 km route with a 678 m elevation gain, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside. Blue level.
  • Pic du Lizieux: This more demanding 34.81 km circuit will take you up 1,097 m, rewarding you with breathtaking panoramic views. Red level.
  • Training loop

For those looking to improve their endurance, our 2.4 km training loop is designed to optimize your performance. With a gentle 28 m elevation gain, it’s ideal for working on your pace and technique. Departing from the stade du pont, it takes you along the Lignon river, past the Bathelane pond.

  • Trail des Jonquilles

In spring, come and enjoy the Trail des Jonquilles to kick off the season and admire the landscapes covered in yellow on March 29, 2025: 10, 15 or 24 kilometers!

  • Vétathlon Mazetençois

On the 3rd weekend in September, come and take part in a trail race (10 km) or a vétathlon (10 km run + 25 km mountain bike), either individually or in a relay.
